About Our Trainer

With nearly 13 years of experience as a drone pilot, I’ve been flying since the early days of consumer drones, starting with the DJI Phantom 1. Over the years, I’ve seen the industry evolve, gaining firsthand expertise in drone technology, aerial cinematography, and safe flying practices.

My passion for filmmaking goes back even further. Since the 1990s, I’ve been capturing and crafting visual stories – starting with a camcorder and editing on a basic soundboard to VHS. My early love for storytelling has grown into a career spanning 26 years, where I’ve worked with some of the largest brands in the world.

As Head of Training at Drone Safe Register, I’m here to help you unlock your drone’s full potential – whether you’re considering buying one or already own one and want to make the most of it! My training covers everything from choosing the right drone, understanding regulations, and mastering flight skills to capturing cinematic footage and editing like a pro.
